I was very please that my room was made up each day. Fresh towels and hand soap was provided each day. This has not always been the case in the past. Sometimes my room would only be made up two days out of a 6 day stay, but everyday my room was taken care of and I really appreciate that after a long day!

Kevin went above and beyond to accommodate me and make me feel like a valued guest. I have never been treated so well by hotel/motel staff. He deserves a raise.
